This past week I and a few colleagues from neighboring churches invested a day to work on our year long calendars for next year. It was time well spent! Each of us purchased the Peer Ministry Plan It book – I highly recommend it. Though I still have a few stressful weeks ahead of me, I have some relief knowing that I’ve got the foundational planning documents drafted for fall.
