I was at a conference three years ago when a workshop inspired me to open a blog. I had little idea how to blog or why I opened the account. The first year, there wasn’t much to say. Over time, I have found my niches. Despite the fact that the “rules” say blogs should have one focus, I have had several: faith related art, practicing faith at home, inter-generational faith practice and the occasional personal reflection. If I had one hope, it was that the words would point toward God’s blessings in our everyday life.

This blog continues to grow as a labor of love; there are no sponsors, no income of any kind. Joy, creativity and comments are my payment. And, yet. And, yet…. here we are at 3000 total visitors so far! Writing here and as a guest writer on other sites has been a wonderful gift.
