The tips document has been updated with a few techniques I have found helpful in countering the zoom fatigue many are feeling. Creating calm, centered, spaces where everyone feels seen and present is key to creating a more sacred, less business-like online gathering. Even a few short, calming breaths before a meeting has the power to create a different sense of connectedness online.
Friends, what a week! Many of us pivoted to online ministry in a few short days. We gathered together online to share knowledge with one another. And, we juggled working from home while caring for and teaching our children. Whew!
